Happy Birthday Leah!

Dear Leah,
I can't believe you are a year old already.  You have brought so much to our lives, and I can't remember my life without you.
I love everything about you.  I love when you're tired and you lay your head on my chest.  I love when we go after you and say, "I'm gonna get you!" you squeal and run away.  I love when you meet someone new you cuddle closer to me.  I love when I go upstairs to get you in the mornings you are dancing and doing your milky sign.  I love how you play with my face when you are nursing.  I love when you give hugs and you pat my back.  I love when I ask for a kiss, you open your mouth to mine.  I love when you toot, you always laugh.  I love when you're done drinking your sippy, you throw it to the ground like it was such a task drinking it.  I love how you will eat anything we give you.  I love when Daddy comes home how excited you are.  I love how you play with Payton and Delko.  I love when we stack the blocks you always knock them down as soon as you see them.  I love how the paper of a present is much cooler than your present.  I love how whenever you see a dog, you squeal.  I love how you love toe nail polish on me.  I love the time I have with you when you are nursing, I treasure it.  I love when you call me mommy.  I love when you cuddle your stuffed animals.  I love whenever you see eyes on something you have to touch them, alive or fake.  I love the way you smell.  I love your 2 tooth smile.  I love how you are starting to walk.  I love your snuggles.  I love how you applaud silly things.  I love staying home with you every day.  I love your goofy sense of humor.  I love how you dance in the bath tub.  I love how you always pull your arms out of the car seat straps when we're ready to get out.  I love how you love to get messy and dirty.

As you can see, Leah, I love everything about you.  You are the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me.  You make me a different person, a better person.  I am so proud of you.  I love you for you, and I want you to always know that.  One year ago tonight, you were finally in my arms.  I could have never dreamed of how wonderful you would be.  I can't imagine my life without you.  I promise to always love you, to always guide you, and to always pray for you.  You are such an amazing person, and I thank God for you every day.  I love you Leah Beah.
