Snip Snip

(before you read this post, I did have permission to share this with everyone from my husband) :-)

Cavan and I decided our family of four is perfect, and a family of 5, 6, 7, 8... is out of the question!  He had a vasectomy on Thursday.  We are officially not having any more kids!  I am so happy about this decision.  I love my 2 children more than anything, but I really don't want any more.  Why mess with perfection?  Cavan is amazing and actually volunteered to get this surgery done.  He is so strong, and has been recovering so well.  His mom has been here helping out while Cavan recovers.  It has been so nice having her help.  I really don't know what we would do without her.

Leah is doing wonderfully.  She is learning new things every day.  I just love listening to her words.  I was putting her down for a nap today, and told Cavan, "see you soon" and she repeated it clear as day.  I couldn't believe it.  She is growing up so fast, and I just love who she is becoming.  She is learning colors right now.  I am also starting a baby reading series which I will be reviewing and hosting a giveaway for soon.

Brayden is doing great.  He is such a snuggle bug.  I am really enjoying every second of him.  He is a sweetie. Sleeping is almost non-existent, but I know it will soon pass.  He went an entire hour and 23 minutes last night without eating, that was a record for this week.  I am pretty tired, but it's not wearing me down at all.  I try to nap when I can.

Life is good... actually, life is great.  We are so blessed.
