10 pounds...

Our baby boy weighs 10lbs already!!!  I guess his constant eating has been doing him some good!  He is still sleeping horribly, but luckily my amazing husband lets me nap with Brayden during the day.  I cannot believe it has been 4 weeks since he was born.  Part of me feels like he has been here forever, but another part of me feels like it was just yesterday.  I still look back at his birth and thank the Lord it was exactly what I asked for.  Honestly, it was perfect.  Brayden has been such an amazing addition to our family.  He is such an easy going, sweet natured, and adorable little boy.  I am so in love.  I do have to say, he doesn't get put down much at all.  I am always holding him.  I am really cherishing his littleness.  I love his noises, smell, and soft skin.  He is a great little baby.  He has been sleeping in his Kanoe most nights.  He does occasionally end up in bed with us though.

Leah has been doing great.  She is such a sweet little thing.  I love watching her and Cavan interact.  She really loves her baby brother as well.  She is always giving him hugs and kisses, and loves showing me where his eyes are.. we have to be careful with that!  She is talking SO much.  I just love hearing her words for different things.. My favorite for now.. sippy, sweetly pronounced "pissy" by Leah.  HAHA

She was whiney the other day so I decided to let her play in the sink.. she was occupied for a good 30 minutes.  it was great!  She would put her spoons under the running water and drink the water off the spoons. It was adorable!

I finally am getting more active.  We have all been going on walks, which is so nice.  Cavan and I played soccer with Leah the other night.  It was so much fun running around together.  I really missed that.  We had a great time, and we were all exhausted!
