Feeling Better!!!

I have longed to write this post for a while now!  I am officially feeling better.  Thank the Lord!  I have been sick since 6 weeks and am now almost 15 weeks.  Leah is happy to have her Mommy back, and Cavan seems very happy to have his wife back.  I even cooked dinner a couple of times!  I am now able to eat normally again, and am so happy we can grill out finally!

Leah is starting to make sounds of words.  She has this book that has pictures in it and she always brings it to us.  The first picture is a banana, and now when we open the book, or even show her a banana, she will say "mamana".  She even asked for her "mamana" and signed more.  She was pleasantly surprised when we actually brought her what she asked for!  If you ask her to say things like Delko, Payton, Mommy, Daddy, Ball.. she will really try to say them.  I love it!  Delko is more like De Da, Payton is always Ta, and of course she knows Momma and Dada.

We were so excited to meet our new niece this week.  Leah is officially a big cousin.  Aubrey is more than perfect and so adorable.  We are so happy for Bryan and Casandra.  They make a beautiful family!!

Delko got neutered on Monday.  He is doing well, and we can hopefully start exercising him very soon.  The dogs are going crazy from being lazy.  The vet wanted Delko to be quiet for 10-14 days... It has been 5 and I don't think we can go much longer!  His incision looks wonderful, so we are going to slowly work him back up, starting with a nice long walk this morning.

Cavan and I find out the gender of our new little baby in less than 2 weeks!  Our appointment is on the 25th in the morning.  I am so excited.  We think we have 2 names narrowed down.  I love them both.  Cavan is guessing a boy because I wasn't as sick as I was with Leah, and I am guessing a girl because everyone else is guessing a boy!  :)

Cavan and Leah were playing around the other day, and Leah loved it.  I had to take some pictures.  Hope you enjoy!!
