20 days!

Cavan and I just had a doctor's appointment and found out we get to find out the gender of the new baby in 20 more days!  We are so excited.  The nurse even scheduled our appointment in the morning just so we could find out sooner.  I am more anxious to find out the gender of this baby than I was with Leah.  I can't wait!!!

I am still feeling sick.  Again, I am so ready to feel better.  I am, however, very thankful for this healthy baby.  I guess a few months of feeling sick is completely worth a happy, healthy baby.  We got to hear the heartbeat for the first time yesterday as well, the rate was 160.  I gained just under a pound since last month.  I am actually very happy about that since I lost 15lbs with Leah during my first trimester.

I am still nursing Leah 3 times a day.  I am thinking once my due date gets closer I will wean her to 1 nursing a day (which will be at night right before bed).  I know she is not ready to wean.  She gets so excited every time I ask her if she wants her "milky".  We can't say the word unless we are serious about giving it to her right away.

She is doing wonderful.  She is sleeping all night, taking two 1-2 hour naps a day, and learning new "tricks" all the time.  She is so much fun.  I am really enjoying every second with her.  She has become quite the cuddler as well, I love it!!
