We're back!!!

Wow, what a week.  We had so much fun in Michigan.  Leah explored many "firsts" on this trip.  She officially got her first 2 teeth, her first plane ride with just Mommy, her first word (dada), her first fever, and her first cold. Poor baby.  Yes, you heard it right, she said Dada.  So cute!  She will not stop saying it either.

I started feeling sick on Monday, it didn't take too long for Leah to feel ill as well.  She had a terrible fever on Friday night.  This was her first time ever being sick, and I had no idea what to do.  I felt so bad for her.  I called Cavan a few times during the night to keep him updated.  We were praying like crazy to keep Leah safe and healthy.  Saturday was the wedding, probably the worst situation to put Leah in as she wasn't feeling well.  Cavan decided to fly to Michigan on Saturday to help me fly home on Sunday (what a sweet man I married).  By the time he got there the wedding was over.  Leah and I weren't feeling well at all.  She didn't sleep well all week.  We were so happy to see Daddy.

The plane ride went well, once we got home Leah was screaming with excitement.  She missed her home and doggies.  I have a few products to review and will get to them very soon once Leah is feeling better.

I did receive a beautiful necklace from Lynn's etsy shop Shabby Chic Designs.  I have been looking for the perfect necklace for a long time that has Leah's name on it.  I actually have 2 other necklaces with her name on it, and I don't like them at all.  This necklace is the one!  I love it.  Lynn hand stamps many different necklaces.  She has such a variety.  Thank you so much Lynn for this beautiful necklace!  It's perfect!
