Daddy and Leah on our "w"

Oh my toothless little one.. the white on her gums is just the light reflecting.

We had a wonderful weekend of relaxing and enjoying family. Yesterday we went to Grandpa and Grandma Carlson's house and Leah, Delko, and Payton played in the kiddie pool. They all seemed to enjoy themselves. Delko fell in the Koi pond... well - we now know he can swim! Dad Carlson took some wonderful pictures of them playing in the pool, but I can't get them to load on our computer. Trust me though, they were really cute!

We planned on going to church today, but Leah fell asleep right as we were planning to leave. Cavan and I started cleaning. We got this place looking great, and I spent the rest of the afternoon taking a 2 hour nap. It felt wonderful!

We decided to take the dogs to the pond tonight to see if Delko would follow Payton into the water. As we were walking we saw tons of wildlife. We saw a rabbit eating grass, believe it or not - a peacock(!!), an osprey, and some lizards and birds. It was a like a little nature hike. We threw a toy into the water and to our amazement Delko chased in right after Payton. He loves water!! They played for at least 45 minutes, and got incredibly dirty and so tired!

Leah didn't get her late afternoon nap today, so she was ready for bed. I gave her a bath in our bathroom while Cavan gave the pups a bath in Leah's bathroom. I quickly washed her up, and got her dressed. She was exhausted. One of my most favorite times of the day is when she is falling asleep. She is so peaceful and I love hearing her little "gulps" while she nurses. She almost pets me as she is nursing - I am sure some of you ladies know what I am talking about, and I just love it. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Have a wonderful night.

Leah and I right outside our apartment.

The pups and I fell asleep on the couch Friday night.
