35 weeks, 34 days....

Only 34 more days until my due date.  I am already hating "taking it easy".  I can't believe he's coming so soon.  We had a great meeting with Nicole, my midwife, on Sunday.  She said he is super low and that is why I have been feeling so much pressure.  She said I am probably dilated, but we decided not to do an internal check as we want to be as "noninvasive" as we can.  She suggested I rest for the next 2 weeks, then he should be big enough to come.  I can't believe we could be holding our little guy in 2 weeks.  Wow!  I am not giving my hopes up though, I know I can go to full term or longer!  We will see what he has planned :)

Leah is doing great.  She is loving having Daddy home.  They are two peas in a pod.  It's been so nice as Leah is transitioning very nicely letting Daddy take over "Mommy's duties".  She is great at going down for a nap with just Daddy (which she has NEVER been able to do), and we are even slowly letting Daddy put her to bed at night.  Right now, I hold her, hand her to Daddy, and he puts her in the crib.  Then she needs one last hug and kiss from Mommy, but she goes down without a fight.  So nice!  It makes me much more at ease about the whole labor, delivery, and after.  She has the best Daddy ever!

I will try to keep this updated, but as the date gets closer and closer, I am finding so many things I still have to get done.  Keep us in your prayers!!!
