20 days!

Amazing to think I have roughly 20 days, maybe even less, until I meet Brayden.  I have been feeling wonderful aside from being really tired.  I remember being pregnant with Leah, and when I was tired, I would sleep.  Well, it doesn't work that well when you have an 18 month old running around!

Cavan and I both took a nap while Leah napped today.  We all slept a good 2 hours.  When I woke up I heard Leah screaming.  Lately she has been getting her leg stuck in her crib.  I think she is just skinny enough to get her leg out, but when she bends it, it gets wedged.  Cavan ran upstairs only to find Leah stuck... She tried taking her dress off and got it stuck over her head!  She couldn't see a thing!  Poor girl.  It was quite humorous though.

Leah is quite particular.  Every night she has to have her crib the exact same way.  Her pink and cream dotted blanket is all the way to the right, with her sleep sheep on top of that, her "Bob" kitty is in the upper left corner, and her tag blanket always goes in the bottom left corner.  If it isn't just right, she will either fix it herself, or she'll throw a fit.  We were rearranging the living room and Leah was so distraught because the furniture wasn't where it was supposed to go.  She would cry, and try to push us away from moving the couches... Wow.  Leah is very sensitive to change!!  We found another goofy Leah trait yesterday.  We put her to bed in a very thin long sleeve shirt and shorts.  She hasn't worn long sleeves since February.  She freaked out.  She wanted it off!!!  She always sleeps with her left thumb in her mouth and her right arm by her face.  Cavan thinks since she couldn't feel her right arm by her face (because the skin reminds her of breastfeeding), she couldn't get comfortable.  Ohh Leah, how we love you and your goofy quirks.

Leah loves playing outside.  She calls it "side side".  Lately she has started digging a hole in the grass.  There was always a little spot of soil in our back yard that never seems to grow any grass.  Leah started out just adding a little water and playing in the mud, now, it's a huge hole.  She spends at least an hour a day working on that hole... she sure has fun!  Enjoy some pictures of her digging.
