Diaper trial

We have had a nice morning.  Leah slept well last night, and woke up happy.  She has been sleeping so well that we don't change her diaper at night.  She can go an entire 12 hours without being changed!  This is just another reason why I love cloth.  We have been very "safe" when using cloth diapers - straight forward, one kind.  I have been nervous about trying something new.

Thanks to Devin who makes Scooter McGrooter's diapers on etsy, I now know how easy fitted diapers really are!  I don't have a pocket to stuff, only natural material is touching Leah's bum, and they are so cute!  Devin did a wonderful job making this diaper.  The fit is perfect on Leah.  I was worried the legs wouldn't fit properly, as Leah has "thunder thighs", but they are not too tight or too loose.

Leah has been wearing this diaper for a couple of hours and it doesn't even feel damp yet.  She seems very comfortable too.  Devin also makes diaper covers out of fleece.  This helps the diaper to breathe and keeps everything dry in the process.  This was also very comfortable for Leah, and not overly bulky.  I really love this diaper, it is made so well, I am sure it will last us a long time!  Thank you Devin!  Take a look at the photos below of Leah's new diaper.

What a cute tushie!

You can see how nicely the legs fit

Here's a couple shots of the fleece cover.

So cute!!
