Cavan and I did some talking and we decided driving 16 hours to Michigan with an 8 month old is silly. Cavan also should really stay home and work, so instead of us going as a family, Leah and I are the only ones going. My dad and Mo got our ticket today, so it's FOR REAL! We are arriving in Grand Rapids on October 10th, and leaving there early in the morning on the 18th. I am so excited to see everyone. I still cannot imagine 8 days without my husband, but I look forward to seeing everyone. It should be interesting traveling alone with Leah, but I am believing for a smooth flight and fun times with friends and family. So - if you are reading this, and want to get together when I am home, please let me know!
Delko and I had puppy class last night. He is doing so well. He was the only puppy willing to go through the agility tunnel. He is doing amazing at "stay, sit, down, wait, leave it, to your bed, and heal". We are still working on "finish, and roll over". He would have it down but I don't have much free time other than his class to teach him things. Cavan, Leah, and Payton stayed home. He took the girls for 2 "w's" and had Leah bathed and ready for bed by the time I got home. What a great Daddy!!
We went over and had dinner with Casandra tonight. We had a great time, and really enjoyed spending time with her. Leah sat in her high chair and ate small pieces of broccoli. I have noticed she likes most foods as long as she can feed herself. She already has the pincher grasp and does really well with it. My baby is growing up!
