The cloth diaper company I always order from, Jillian’s Drawers, put my blog in their news letter!  I got over 200 hits on my blog just today from cloth diapering families all over the world!  I hope I continue to have such great feedback. 

It was such a gorgeous day out today!  We actually were able to have our windows open all day, which has not happened since winter.  I was so excited to air out the place!!  Leah and I ate bananas and yogurt for breakfast along with a nice helping of Mommy’s milk (just Leah).  I have noticed she loves most foods as long as she can feed herself.  She doesn’t like liquid food; I don’t blame her.  She ate spinach the other night and loved it!

Daddy came home for lunch, and Leah is ALWAYS excited to see him, but today she was even more excited because she got to stand at the window and wait for him.  She was so proud of herself and so happy when Daddy pulled up. 

I was following her around our home today, and she found the beams of sunlight coming into our sun room.  I think she thought she could just reach out and grab it.  It was so adorable; she actually got frustrated because she couldn’t catch it.  She is learning new things all the time.

I cooked up some carrots and apples and cut them into small chunks for Leah’s lunch.  I also broke up small pieces of organic cheese for her.  She topped it off with some toasted oats.  She seemed to like the variety!  I cannot believe my baby can eat like that!  She always has room for Mommy’s milky though!  I know this may sound weird, but I don’t even want to think of weaning her.  I just love the time and bond we have together.

We got all ready for our “w” tonight, and it was actually a little chilly (72), so Leah had to wear a sweater and socks.  How funny.  I know back home in Michigan it’s pretty cold now.  I have become a wimp living in South Carolina!  The dogs had more energy tonight because of the cooler weather.  Leah loves watching them play.
