Daddy did it again!

Happy girl eating O oats

I gave her a cold carrot to chew on.. I think she may have some teeth coming in. She loved it!

I love this picture.

My wonderful husband is so crafty. He thinks of the neatest ideas! We have been wanting to get Leah a wagon so we could attach Payton to pull it. My dad and Cavan have been looking at dog pulling carts, wagons, and anything that we could accomplish this with. Payton needed a job to do on our "w's" and we thought this was the key! Cavan came up with a way to attach a (free) car seat to some wheels, and attached some PVC pipe to hook up to Payton's harness. He even made it so it will turn! It works really well!! Payton was a little unsure at first, but she quickly got the hang of it! We got some funny looks... but it was fun! One guy said it was the coolest thing he has seen all day! haha. Leah sure enjoyed herself too. We can't wait until Delko is big enough to pull it too!

Leah actually ate a little of our dinner tonight. We put her in the high chair and gave her some baked broccoli and tiny pieces of meat loaf.. she really liked it! She had "O Oats" smashed under her chin, broccoli in her hair, and meat loaf behind her ear. She needed a bath!!! She loves her baths. I put her hair in a mohawk with some lotion tonight... it's pretty cute.

Derick called tonight. He is doing great, and he gets to go camping this weekend. He's really excited, he said it feels like tomorrow is Christmas!! I know I say this all the time, but I cant wait to see him in 5 weeks!!!!! I can hardly contain myself. It will be nice for him when he gets home to look at this blog... it will be like he never missed a thing!

Cavan is playing guitar for Leah and I right now, she always loves it. She has loved listening to Cavan play since she was in my tummy. She would always kick around, and now she watches him while he plays. So cute... I love my family.
