Raspberry Icecream?

So today I did something I thought I was going to wait a while for. Leah got her first "taste". She has only had "mommy juicy". We were at Cavan's parent's house tonight, and we had some non dairy natural raspberry ice cream. I let Leah have a teeny tiny taste. She seemed to like it, although most of it ended up on her lips and hands when she grabbed my bowl. I am debating whether to start her on rice cereal tomorrow. I am still uncomfortable with the idea of feeding her something else than my milk, but it has to happen some time. I hope giving her ice cream first wont give her a terrible sweet tooth! I guess I wasn't thinking when I let her try it. She'll be 6 months old in 12 days, crazy to think about!

This morning Leah and I met Paula and Miles at Tanger Outlets. We were really hungry and went to Ruby Tuesdays. Well, it wasn't the most relaxing time, but we had good food! We did a little shopping, and Leah took a nice nap on the way home.

We got to talk to Derick tonight. He is really having a good time, I can't wait to give him a huge hug! We watched a movie tonight with the family, and Leah was swinging in the swing. She actually fell asleep in it. It is now 9:53pm, and Leah is still awake. I am praying for a good night sleep tonight! OK- sorry this is jumping around! I am a little tired.
