It is so warm outside today! The heat index was 105. Way too warm! We went for a "w" early in the morning, it was really warm out then, but it was bearable. Leah was a little crabby all day today, I think her gums are hurting. I also think we had a huge week last week, and it is now catching up with her. She nursed almost every hour, and took tons of naps. Poor baby, poor me too!! haha. Cavan was trying to calm her down, so he decided to make a race track with the stroller in the house. More like a demolition derby with Payton always in the way! She seemed to enjoy racing through the house.
Around lunch time Paula and Miles came over to visit. The babies loved "talking" with each other. They are so cute. Miles was flirting and making noises for Leah, and she just loved it!
Cavan and I decided once Leah woke up from her nap we would try to go to the pool. We got there, and it was just too hot out to enjoy it, so we walked back home. I got a call from my brother, Derick, today, it was SO great to talk with him. He got to go fishing with my dad today, and so he could make a call while they were out. I miss him very much, so it was a very nice surprise to get to talk with him. We then took our nightly "w" and Leah of course got her 3 b's. She is sleeping soundly on her new bed, and Cavan and I are going to have an early night. Have a great Father's Day. Happy Fathers Day Dad Goltz, Dad Carlson, and Jack!!!! We love you guys!
